You've read the books. You've done the research. You can explain your own patterns better than most of the professionals you've paid. And you still can't always get the thing done, or rest without guilt, or trust that the way you work isn't a character flaw. What you need next probably isn't more information. What you need is:
To be met where you are on the day, without having to be articulate or ready first
To go after the thing you want without burning out to get there
Practical strategy built around your actual capacity
Support from someone who's lived this, not just studied it
WHO THIS IS FOR
You're late-identified or self-identified, and you've been putting the pieces together for a while now. You've got something you want, and you've stopped saying it out loud because the last three attempts ended in burnout. You've been through it at least once and you can feel the way you're currently going about things heading back that way. And you want to work with someone who isn't going to explain your own neurotype to you.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
If you're in crisis right now, or you need clinical support for a mental health condition, coaching isn't the right container and I'll say so on the call. Plenty of my clients see a therapist alongside this work and that combination works well. If you want someone to hand you a system and hold you to it, I'm not that. You'll be making the calls here. And if you're hoping for a quick turnaround, I'd rather tell you now. This work is slow on purpose.
Sixty minutes, one to one, over Zoom. We start with what you actually want, then work out what it would take to get there without burning out again. Sessions run Tuesdays to Thursdays AEST, and you keep the same slot. $195 USD per session, paid as you go.
You choose what each session is
Some are strategy and structure. Some we spend the whole hour on regulation, because that's what your body needs that day. You decide when you arrive, not before.
Somatic work in the room, not as homework
Nervous system tools, breath, bilateral work, orienting and parts work, done together while we're on the call.
Session notes after every call
What we covered and what you're trying. Nothing to complete, and nothing you can fall behind on.
A small group version of the same work, for people who want the structure and the company of others doing it too, at a lower cost than one to one. I'm building it now. If you want to know when it opens, put your name down and I'll email you once, when there's something real to tell you.
Small and paced
Built the same way I build everything. No live obligations stacked on top of each other, and nothing to keep up with.
The same framework
Recognise, resource, regulate, reclaim. Group format, same underlying work.
One email, no sequence
You'll hear from me when it's open. That's the whole thing.
If one to one isn't right for cost, timing or capacity, this is the same framework in your own time with nobody waiting on you. Plenty of people start here and move into coaching later, and plenty of people never need to.
The Recovery Roadmap, $47
110 pages built around the four stages, plus the Burnout Profile Tool and the Somatic Practice Library. Comes with email support from me and access to the AuDHD Aligned community, so you're not doing it on your own. 30-day money-back guarantee.
The AI Capacity Companion, $67
Trained on the full framework. Builds you a personalised plan and includes the self-assessment tool.
The six targeted guides, $37
Nutrition, perimenopause, PMDD, boundaries, communication scripts, and the POTS, MCAS and hEDS overlap.
Free, 30 minutes, nothing to prepare. You tell me what's going on and what you want, I tell you how I work, and you decide afterwards in your own time. I'll send you the pricing and booking details in writing so you can sit with it.
My practice is deliberately small, a few people at a time, so the work stays deep and I stay resourced. That's the one real constraint here: places are genuinely limited, and when they're full, they're full.
No. Self-identified is welcome here. Most of the people I work with spent years piecing it together themselves, and a lot of them are still on a waitlist.
No. Coaching doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it isn't trauma processing. We work with what's happening now and where you want to go. If something comes up that belongs with a therapist, I'll tell you.
Then we don't talk much. Camera off is fine. Typing in the chat is fine. We can spend the hour on regulation with barely a word exchanged. A non-speaking day isn't a wasted session, and you won't have to explain yourself.
No. Turning up is the whole task.
If that's useful to you, yes. A lot of the people I work with already have that language for their own timing. If charts aren't your thing, we leave them out.
